Garry Michael Tetalman

Garry M. Tetalman has practiced law in Santa Barbara since March 2003. Since that time, Mr. Tetalman has specialized in employment litigation – representing employees in both class action and individual cases – ranging from complex wage and hour class action litigation, race and gender discrimination, sexual harassment, and wrongful termination. Mr. Tetalman was formerly a partner with Anticouni & Associates. The Law Office of Garry M. Tetalman was created on June 2, 2006, when Mr. Tetalman decided to open his own practice.

Before coming to Santa Barbara, Mr. Tetalman specialized in large scale construction defect actions, bad faith, breach of contract and employment matters.

Mr. Tetalman received his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California, in May 1999, and was admitted to the California Bar, the California Courts of Appeal and the United States District Court in December 1999. While in law school, Mr. Tetalman was a member of the Entertainment and Sports Law Journal. Mr. Tetalman obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of California at Los Angeles in June 1996. Prior to his undergraduate studies, Mr. Tetalman grew up in Santa Barbara and graduated from Santa Barbara High School in June 1992.
