I contacted Mr. Secrest through this site, we spoke by phone once and emailed. He was generous with his time as he collected info over the phone, and I emailed the requested information. I understand we did not have a formal relationship yet, and he explained the info I gave him was confidential. He ...seemed very interested in one part of my case (class action) but not the personal retaliation. I have not heard a reponse back after an email and voice message requesting to know if we would continue communication. My concern (maybe unfounded) is that he is pursuing the class action aspect by searching for another plaintiff in my company. I did not find him listed on Ca State Bar site.
