In March of 2020 I was struck by a vehicle and severely injured while crossing the street at a crosswalk. To seek justice concerning this matter I was referred to Daniella Felix of Felix & Killen-Attorneys at Law of Santa Barbara. A year after my accident the matter was resolved by Felix & Killen and... I am very satisfied with the outcome. I am thankful to Felix & Killen, and in particular to Daniella, for all their hard work and professionalism in bringing this matter to a positive conclusion, and hope others who find themselves in a similar situation will be wise enough to choose Felix & Killen as their attorneys!!

Over 7 years, I had gone through several attorneys in town. Most of them took large amounts of my money and accomplished little to nothing. Other attorneys refused to take the case as they didn’t believe grandparents have any rights in California and most of them wouldn’t even return my calls. On ...my final effort to protect my relationship with my granddaughter, I reached out to Felix and Killen Law office. Their very kind paralegal Stevie took my information and said he would give the information to the attorneys there and they would contact me if they felt they could take on the case. After being denied and let down by so many other attorneys in town I was losing hope. At 11:00 pm that night I woke to an email from Daniella Felix. This wonderful woman had never met me. She went on to explain that she read the history of my case and promised to fight for me and my granddaughter. Daniella went to work on my case immediately and never ceased. My own family did not even help or show the concern in this situation as much as Daniella did. She has a huge heart. Most attorneys do not. My granddaughter and I were not dollar signs to her. She truly cared. We cried together at the court’s failures. We cried together at the victories, which were many, as soon as Daniella took over my case. There was never a day that I had to wonder if my attorney was actually working on my case. I often received Dropbox notifications and emails from her into the midnight hours. At one point I was getting weak emotionally as well as physically over the court’s inability to see the truth in the case and rule accordingly and when I thought I couldn’t go on Daniella called me up and said, “ We are not giving up”. I now have my granddaughter back in my life and we are re-bonding from the 7 years that was taken from us. There is no way I can explain what Daniella has done for us. I will forever be grateful with my entire heart and soul. I soon discovered that Daniella’s partner in the firm is a corporate attorney. I was in the midst of opening a business while fighting for my granddaughter, which was extremely stressful. Daniella introduced me to her partner, Bryce Killen and that business relationship began! Daniella Felix and The Felix and Killen Law office will be my attorneys for life. Anyone looking for truth and justice mixed with caring and kindness will find that in this firm. 'm not good at reviews. But here is my honest opinion. I am a regular guy work 9-5 .when covid hit I was furlough and my marriage did to. I called inquiring rates I found this law firm on Google. And after speaking with Stevie their AMAZING! Paralegal he connected me with Daniella who I never met in... person yet. Explained all my options and what the divorce process was, as one last hurra in my questions I asked if they be willing to work a payment plan with me since my economic situation was a little shaky. Daniella and Stevie worked their magic and it's all done filed and I never had to do anything. I am grateful for their services and believe me you are in good hands with Felix Killen Law.
