Ernesto Rodriguez

I am a fully bilingual (English and Spanish) California-licensed attorney who represents clients with honesty, compassion, and dedication in the areas of Personal Injury and Immigration. My mission is to bring justice and peace to clients of all backgrounds through zealous and ethical advocacy.

I earned my Juris Doctor from the Santa Barbara College of Law. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Spanish Literature (Distinction in the Major) and a Master’s Degree in Spanish Literature, both from the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB).

Although I was born in the U.S. I spent my early childhood in Choix, Sinaloa, Mexico, where I witnessed first hand the challenges faced by families compelled to migrate north in search of the American Dream. I humbly share that I, too, made that journey - and today, as an attorney, I am grateful for the opportunity to use my knowledge and legal skills to advocate for those in need.

I am an active member of the California State Bar and proud volunteer attorney at Reach Out’s Legal Clinic. When I am not practicing law, I enjoy cooking and traveling with my family.
