My experience with Felix and Killen was nothing short of amazing. Daniella fought for me relentlessly. Throughout the process, Daniella remained composed and absolutely professional. I used Daniella Felix to end alimony payments in a California marriage that ended in 1996. I had paid the stipulated amount of alimony from 1996 until the present (2023) but when I retired one year ago the alimony became increasingly burdensome. My original attorney had told me numerous times that “t...here was no way” alimony could be modified, but when he retired I sought an second opinion from Ms Felix. She reviewed my case and gave me a different opinion. She thought it was “highly likely” that I could get alimony stopped. I then hired her, and in just 3 months she got the alimony to stop. So I would say that Ms Felix is very thoughtful, she didn’t rush into anything, but once she gives her opinion it is highly likely to be correct. In my case she was able to talk reasonably with my ex-wife, and we reached an agreement without going to court. The case unfolded exactly as she said, so I consider her to be very reliable.
