Allison Leah Stone

Allison Stone is an associate at AlderLaw practicing in all areas of civil litigation, including personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, insurance bad faith, and employment law. Since joining the legal team at AlderLaw, Ms. Stone has tried numerous cases serving as either first or second chair in both state and federal court, including a seven figure verdict obtained in Orange County, California. She has had repeated successes litigating and Ms. Stone has been instrumental in negotiating six, seven, and eight figure settlements, earning her the trust and confidence of her clients.

Prior to practicing at AlderLaw, Ms. Stone's trial practice focused primarily on personal injury, medical malpractice, and professional liability in state and federal court. Ms. Stone has been practicing as a plaintiff's attorney since she graduated from law school in May 2010, and she is committed to fighting for individuals injured due to the negligent and unlawful acts of others.

Ms. Stone earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Law & Society from the University of California, Riverside, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and was admitted to membership in Phi Beta Kappa, the University Honors Program, the Chancellor's Dean's List, and Alpha Lambda Delta Honors Society. While at UC Riverside, Allison played for UC Riverside's Big West Division I Soccer team. Allison then attended Pepperdine University School of Law, where she earned her J.D. in 2010, graduating cum laude and with the distinction of being a member of Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fraternity. At Pepperdine Law School, Allison received CALI awards in Wills and Trusts and in Visual Arts Law for receiving the top grade in her class. During law school, she served as both an editor of the Pepperdine Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship and the Law and as a teaching assistant for a legal research and writing course. Notably, Ms. Stone worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable Thomas Donovan in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and as a law clerk at The Securities and Exchange Commission in the Los Angeles Regional Office, where she handled complex fraud and insider trading cases. Ms. Stone also studied abroad through Pepperdine's International London Program.

Ms. Stone is licensed to practice in California state courts and federal district courts in the Central District of California. She is a member of multiple local, state, and national trial lawyers associations, including Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), American Association for Justice (AAJ), the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA), the Beverly Hills Bar Association (BHBA), and the American Bar Association (ABA).
