Attorney William M. Slaughter is the founding partner of the Ventura law firm, Slaughter, Reagan & Cole, LLP. Attorney Reagan received his Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Political Science from Humboldt University, and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. He is a member of numerous associations including the Ventura County Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Ventura County Trial Lawyers Association, and the Southern California Defense Counsel Association. Attorney Barry J. Reagan is a trial lawyer and partner at the firm. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude in History from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and his Juris Doctorate degree magna cum laude from Pepperdine University School of Law. Attorney Reagan was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1991, and is a member of the Ventura County Bar Association and the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel. Attorney James B. Cole became a partner of the firm in 2004, and focuses his private client practice on transactional matters and litigation dealing with business law, real property, and serious personal injury. He is a Judge Pro Tem for the Ventura County Superior Court, the Ventura County Director of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, and a member of the Ventura County Trial Lawyers Association.
