I came to Mr. Mitnick after 6+ years of fighting a custody battle and literally being ripped off by two local attorneys. At this point,I had paid in excess of $45,000. The Mediator had determined that my son's father could take him out of State and I would be left w/ 2 weekends a month. I hired him to represent me in a custody case where the other party had been making physical threats to me. I made it VERY CLEAR that when serving the other party, that Mr. Mitnick was NOT to release my personal address & phone in any documents or otherwise as this was a domestic violence case as we...ll. His office not only printed my personal info on the paperwork & served it to the other party, his secretary released my new address & phone # to the other party by phone, which resulted in add'l threats, harassment & an attempted break in/kidnapping of the child I had custody of. I also caught Mr Mitnick's secretary in several lies when questioning her about her conduct.
