Biography
I'm a solo practioner in Ventura, California and been practiceing law for 35 years. I worked for a public interest legal services and in 1982 opened my office as solo practioner in Century City, California. I was mentored by William T. King and Alexander Ginsburg. My areas of practice were business formation, contratual matters, personal injury, estate planning and civil litigation for individuals and businesses. While in Century City I also became general counsel to a public company managing litigation. Additionally, I acquired Wells Fargo Bank N.A. and First Los Angeles Bank as clients handling Unlawful Detainer and collection matters.
I moved to Ojai, California in 1990, and commenced working in area of products and premises liability for a San Francisco law firm handling complex civil litigation for insurance companies. This area of practice involved traveing throughout the U.S. taking depositions regarding individuals alleged exposure to toxic substances and asbestos. I later became a partner in a national law firm working in Los Angeles on asbestos cases handling matters from answering complaints to jury trial.
In 2011, following my father's passing, I left my loft in downtown L.A. and opened my own office in Ventura, California where I practice personal injury, civil litigation, business formation, construction and busiiness contracts and estate planning.
