He did return my phone calls....eventually. He even VOLUNTEERED to call me back after the next court session! This was VERY impressive!! He appeared to be quite kind and was not detached from the case and offered wise advice and seemed concerned about the future stability of the client, my relative.... I liked him and think he would do a fine job in representation. It was important that I felt comfortable asking questions, and he was patient, helpful and knowledgeable. I think he is professional and a good guy!

THIS MAN NEVER RETURNED A PHONE CALL. I THINK ITS TERRIBLE TO HAVE TO BE IN JAIL AND YOU WAIT FOR YOUR FAMILY TO TELL YOU WHAT YOU FOUND OUT ON ANY QUESTION WHEN TALKING TO AN INMATES CDA OR PUBLIC DEF. OR AN ATTORNEY, AND ALL YOU CAN TELL THE INMATE IS THAT, "I'M SORRY, HE WILL NOT RETURN MY CALLS. ...THANKS MR. JOEL STEINFELD. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE.
