Criminal Case

I was accused of criminal charges by the city. Eric was able to get the charges completely dismissed. In speaking with Eric, he was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate. Most importantly, Eric is trustworthy. I would highly recommend Eric to family and friends if needed.

Fantastic Job!

Eric used his relationship and contacts with the City Attorney’s office to arrange a direct meeting with a representative prior to the 1st scheduled court date (the arraignment I believe it is called). At that meeting, the misdemeanor charge was dropped and will not be pursued. Excellent outcome.

Great

Eric was great throughout the whole process. He called me and made time to meet with me in person to discuss my case the same day. Eric was very easy to talk to and explained everything in great detail, making me feel much more at ease about my situation. I highly recommend Eric.

Case dismissed

Specifically eric luce was able to speak with the DA and found out who the filing deputy was...my case got dismissed. Eric took the time to speak with me over the phone, and get the information he needed. He really helped me and I will save his number for the rest of my life. Ventura and Santa Barbar...a county are small- knowing the right people makes the difference. Hire Eric Luce and be sure to stay confident!

Great Attorney

I never thought I would be in a situation where I would be in need of a criminal defense lawyer. I'm glad though that when I was I chose to work with Mr. Luce. He constantly reassured me all of the way through, from before court through completion. He worked hard to make sure that I felt my case was ...most important to him, which is the greatest feeling I could of had under the circumstances. I would recommend Mr. Luce again and again as I have been exceptionally happy with my results.
