Throughout the my case (and subsequent process), Eric was honest, responsive, and staunchly in my corner. My case was quite public, and by no means easy - and yet, Eric was able to negotiate a great plea deal in light of less than ideal circumstances, and a political backdrop that dragged my case on ...for months. Even after a deal was agreed upon (that completely dismissed my felony charges), Eric met with me throughout the probationary period after serving my sentence, and is still in frequent communication as I work to tie-up loose ends. I cannot recommend him enough to anyone looking for attorney that isn't going to sugar-coat things, and will work tirelessly to make sure your voice is heard. I rate him a 20/10.

Eric was out for money. He withheld information and conversations he had with the DA. He was aware that my case was going to be dismissed but lead me to believe it was going to trail. After the case was dismissed, ask him to proceed with getting my arrest record sealed and destroyed. He basically ...said that I’m on my on and wipe his hands. I did all the leg work and filed a petition to seal my arrest but was denied and now Eric Luce is no where to be found.

I never thought I would be in a situation where I would be in need of a criminal defense lawyer. I'm glad though that when I was I chose to work with Mr. Luce. He constantly reassured me all of the way through, from before court through completion. I hired Eric on a Criminal Misdemeanor case of "Altering an Imitation Firearm " that I was wrongly charged with. When I contacted Eric he saw me the same day. He immediately started working on my case and kept me informed of the progress. He put in the extra time and effort to met with the DA and lo...ok at the evidence the Ventura Police had taken from me. He was very knowledgeable of the law and had a lot of experience. He was able to get my misdemeanor case dismissed! This was so important due to this charge affecting my new job that I was applying for, and due to his hard work I was able to secure this job.
