In 2009, you were charged with two counts of felony carjacking (both strikes), felony vehicle theft, felony assault, hit & run and driving under the influence. Upon conviction, you faced the very real possibility of over a decade in the state prison. After many rounds of vigorous negotiation with judges and with supervisors at the District Attorney's Office, I was able to have you released from jail after only 5 actual months in custody. Criminal Case

Fantastic Job!
Eric used his relationship and contacts with the City Attorney’s office to arrange a direct meeting with a representative prior to the 1st scheduled court date (the arraignment I believe it is called). At that meeting, the misdemeanor charge was dropped and will not be pursued. Excellent outcome.

Case dismissed
Specifically eric luce was able to speak with the DA and found out who the filing deputy was...my case got dismissed. Eric took the time to speak with me over the phone, and get the information he needed. He really helped me and I will save his number for the rest of my life. Ventura and Santa Barbar...
