Outstanding, Very Knowledgable, Well Organized

Michael and I worked together as attorney and client, respectively, from 2019-2021 when Slaughter, Reagan & Cole was retained by an insurance carrier to defend our company when sued by a group of tenants of an apartment building we had sold four years earlier. After extensive discovery the suit was settled in mediation. He was instrumental in the outcome: resolution and dismissal with prejudice. Michael demonstrated significant skill and knowledge. His leadership of the firm's team brought attention to detail and a dogged perseverance. The result was the best outcome possible in the challenging tenant-oriented California legal environment. We are grateful for the professionalism and synergy everyone on the firm's team brought to bear in this case, and highly recommend their services whether in the real estate arena or other areas of their expertise.

Detailed Attorney - Highly Recommend

Guided through lawsuit.

We are a condominium (HOA) management firm. Michael assisted us when one of our HOAs was sued by a homeowner. The basis for the suit was an array of issues which included HOA maintenance responsibility matters. The suit was settled in mediation and Michael was instrumental in guiding both us and the HOA. He was responsive and extremely knowledgeable.

Highly Recommend

Mr. Lebow is smart, articulate, committed, and knowledgable. He helped us navigate a challenging landlord/tenant situation in a way that enabled us to achieve a positive outcome. Not only does Mr. Lebow know the law, he sees the bigger picture and provides realistic guidance as well an effective strategy for addressing the unique needs of the client. Trust - Accountability - Skill

Most important to me are three characteristics which I have seen Michael Lebow exude as an attorney; trust, accountability and skill. Michael did the necessary research and follow through to help my business acquire a Trademark (properly and legally) with no issues and saved me a lot of time and energy so that I can focus on operations. I trust Michael because he stayed upfront throughout the entire process and always kept open a great line of communication so that my expectations were clear as to where we are in the process and what needs to be done next. His timeline and follow through were precise and I always heard from Michael before I felt the need to check in with him. As for his skills, well the proof is embedded on all of our marketing materials and I am happy that Michael made me perceive the process to be so simple. He did all the hard work and got us exactly what we needed. Michael is my 'go-to' attorney when I am in need of any legal advice, and even if it is not an area of law that he practices in, I trust that he will guide me in the right direction to find the advice I need.
