Similar to another review, I found myself in a very difficult situation where I required immediate legal representation after I had been accused of something that I did not do while not even living in the state of California and was in need of an attorney who would fight for my Constitutional rights ...and protect them. Initially, I was extremely nervous and concerned about the overall outcome of my case due to time constraints and the fact that I lived about 1,200 miles away, two states away. Mr.Vargas immediately explained the court process and did not need me present for the first court hearing when asking for a continuance. This saved me both time and money. I never felt “out of the loop” while working with Mr.Vargas.
