Similar to another review, I found myself in a very difficult situation where I required immediate legal representation after I had been accused of something that I did not do while not even living in the state of California and was in need of an attorney who would fight for my Constitutional rights ...and protect them. Initially, I was extremely nervous and concerned about the overall outcome of my case due to time constraints and the fact that I lived about 1,200 miles away, two states away. Mr.Vargas immediately explained the court process and did not need me present for the first court hearing when asking for a continuance. This saved me both time and money. I never felt “out of the loop” while working with Mr.Vargas. He was very knowledgeable with the law and justice system, provided sound advice, worked quickly, answered or addressed any of my questions or concerns, and updated me regularly. I felt that he genuinely cared for me and was handling my case with the upmost professionalism. Mr.Vargas worked hard to get my case dismissed before it ever got to court, and it was going to, but unfortunately a judge pro tem was appointed due to personal issues with the regular judge. Even with that unexpected event, Mr.Vargas had enough confidence in his work to continue with the court hearing and ultimately got my case dismissed. I WAS REFERRED TO MR VARGAS BY HIS FORMER CLIENT. I WAS CHARGED WITH A DUI AND REAR-ENDED AND INJURED THE DRIVER. I ALSO HAD MY 3 YEAR OLD GRANDAUGHTER WITH ME. I FIRST CONSULTED WITH ANOTHER ATTORNEY PRIOR TO GOING TO MR. VARGASN AND HE RECOMMENDED I PLEAD GUILTY TO ALL THE CHARGES SINCE THEY WER...E ALL FELONIES, I FELT HE DIDN'T CARE AND FOUND MR, VARGAS' APPROACH WAS ENTIRELY DIFFERENT. WE WENT BEFORE A JUDGE AND THE PROSECUT0R AND MR VARGAS CONVINCED THE JUDGE TO REDUCE THE FELONIES TO MISDEMEANORS. THE CONCLUSION WAS A DUI WITHOUT INJURIES, NO CHILD ENDANGEREMENT. HE IS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE ANVD DIDN'T GIVE UP. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH OTHER ATTORNEYS.
