We has the pleasure to represent members of the Cannabis Businesses Community (Retail /Commercial) in facilitating the Formation and Regulatory Compliance requirements authorized by California's Madicinal & Adult Use Cannabis Regulation & Safety Act. 

It is vitally important and is a requirement to obtaining a State license to obtain the written approval of the local jurisdiction where you would like to operate from.  Our office prepares the necessary documentation and submit it to the State of California and local jurisdition. 

If you are already permitted by a local jurisdiction ordinance, the process is much simplified. If you are not already permitted by a local jurisdiction ordinance, the process will required submittal of supporting documents to the City of County for prior location approval.  

Our office also has the pleasure to represent members of the Cannabis Community who have been arrested for cannabis related violations OR are either serving or served a sentence for a conviction of violation of Cannabis related offenses Health & Safety Codes; 11357, 11358, 11359, 11360, , , , and prior to or after November 9, 2016. 

Our officeI has succesfully prepared the Petition, served it on the Disrtict Attorney, appear and the Court GRANT the petition for resentencing a Felony (possesion for sale H&S 11359) to a misdomeanor whereby restoring my clients rights prior to the felony. 

Other situations are also included such as recall or dismissal of sentence. This procedure can restore your gun rights, relief of any further duty to register Section 11590, restore your good name and employability.
