Linda Claypool is a true blessing in difficult times.

When my ex-husband decided to stop paying spousal support with no warning, I became very emotional and frightened. Living on the East coast all I could do was search the web for an attorney in California and pray for the best, after reading Linda's profile I knew she was the one, I hired her after ...our first consultation . Linda is very professional and explains every step of the process proving her expertise, compassion and knowledge of family law. Preparing all necessary documents for our court date everything closed down due to Covid 19, it was five months before court house started taking telephonic court cases. Our final court case will be next month and I'm very confident it will go well. Linda Claypool is the greatest! She's very professional, knowledgeable, you can feel her passion she has for family law and more important she not only listens to you she "hears" you. I would highly recommend Linda Claypool, she has been my blessing.

Child Custody/ Divorce

Linda and her staff have been great with my case, child custody was the most important thing to me and she was able to get me a 70/30 split in my favor. Any time I have questions, she is fast to respond. Although my case is still on-going, I am confident she will get me the best outcome in regards to... my assets. I would highly recommend her.

Child Custody Lawyer

Linda has been my lawyer twice fighting a child custody battle. She is very knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend her as your attorney, she is affordable , easy to get a hold of and respected by the judges.

Linda Claypool

Linda handled my 5 year (yes 5 years!!!) divorce. It was a difficult divorce to say the least and she did a most magnificent job. Her patience, her honesty, her knowledge was the best. Anytime i needed her she was there to answer my questions and her staff is top-rate!!!
