Tuan also zealously represents clients throughout the United States in various immigration matters ranging from family based petitions, waivers of inadmissibility, asylum, deportation defense, and post conviction related cases. His family immigrated from Vietnam in 1980 and that fact has led him to dedicating his work to helping others immigrate or stay in the United States.
Tuan grew up in Northern California – Bay Area. He graduated from San Jose State University with degrees in Finance and Management Information Systems. Prior to attending law school, Tuan worked in commercial real estate as a commercial mortgage broker.
