Prior to becoming a licensed attorney, I had over 15 years of work experience as a law clerk, interpreter and translator, frequently appearing in front of USCIS. I worked in immigration, political asylum, family law, and business law. As a Harvard Law-trained Negotiator, I facilitate negotiations for complex multi-party agreements. I am a certified mediator for business and contract disputes, and I also mediate cases for the Superior Courts. I am a certified neutral under DRPA and I arbitrate cases for business disputes. I am an appointed Arbitrator for the Beverly Hills Bar Association under the California State Bar Mandatory Fee Arbitration Program. I am also an advocate for survivors of domestic/family violence and human trafficking.
