Tony Tai Nguyen

I was looking for an attorney that was knowledgeable with the public education system and school districts. Tony was referred through another attorney I was consulting with. He returned my phone call the same day and was so knowledgeable. It was really nice talking to someone that knew exactly what I... was talking about in regards to IEPs and school districts. He let me know what was acceptable in terms of time frames when things needed to be done and what was not. Although I didn't end up working with Tony because he only represented students (I'm a teacher) he took his time to point me in the right direction which I needed guidance with. He was so genuine in his advice and truly listened to my case/concerns. I would highly recommend Tony, he is the advocate you need for your child.

I have a 6 year old son with autism, his mother and I have done allot of research on how we can help our son. There is so much information and techniques that it is overwhelming. I had never realized the resources the district has in helping my son until I met Tony. Tony thoroughly looked over my so...n's IEP and immediately noticed he was not receiving the help needed to progress. He explained why and how our son could benefit from a restructured IEP. I am very grateful for Tony's dedication and most of all his kindness because I truly feel he cares about the well being of my son. Tony took the time to explain and make sense of everything.

Tony helped us through a worrisome time in our daughters educational life. He reassured us from the start putting every anxiety to ease. Explaining every avenue and possible outcome and being realistic about everything all while keeping optimism for the best outcome. His knowledge in the special ed...ucation system is not only thorough but vast due to his experience with so many others. He was always a phone call, text, or email away, something I did not expect! He always took extra time with us, never rushing. Truly very down to earth and his main concern is how to get the best while presenting it as appropriate for your child. My wife and I cannot say enough about Tony. He has helped us through very difficult times for each of our 2 sons and their individual special needs. No parent should go through this alone. With all the challenges and difficulties in dealing with the school district, in order to receive the benefit...s that our boys are entitled to under the law, Tony was our voice and savior.
