We have a special needs child with multiple educational hurdles. We knew our son needed more than what he was being offered, but didn't know where to turn or what to ask. Tony was able to guide us through the process of negotiating for what our son needed and helped us with things we didn't even know... were available. I would definitely recommend Tony to anyone with a special needs child - he served us well and was extremely approachable and available for us through the whole two-year process.

Tony Is fantastic he Listens to our concerns & needs, reviews all of my son’s IEP files no lie hundreds & hundreds of pages . . .Tony will also take a flight to San Jose to familiarizes himself w/client “my son & parent myself “ & together we work as a productive team to make sure we accomplished &... execute or Goal & Plan to Win what is in the best interest for my son & what is fairly owed to child for lack of education, services & other lack of providing IEP accommodations ect. to the child and My Son Won over $20,000 + thousand dollars. . . with the assistance of Our Attorney Tony Nguyen ! Tony is also very kind & Great with my son Jimmy = ) Thanks this was important because it showed my son that their are people other then myself that cares for his Well-being & Education ! Tony your Awesome ! ! !

I was having a difficult time being heard by our school district regarding concerns about my daughters education, safety and services. After being told that I was the ONLY parent that felt this way and there was nothing more they could do for my special needs child, I went to google looking for help.... I came across Tony Nguyen’s business listing and was blown away by the reviews. Desperate for help I called and left a message explaining that I’m ready to sell my house and move because I couldn’t handle our district anymore. Tony called back quickly and asked me some questions and said don’t sell your house let’s meet and talk. My child attended the consultation with me and after Tony took a quick glance at previous IEP’s and met with my child he was able to determine my child was capable of so much more than the district goals that were set for her. I spoke with my spouse and decided that Tony was the right fit for what we were looking for. This whole process is not an over night fix. It is going to take time and patience but I promise you that Tony is the BEST CHOICE on helping with the fight for your kids. He is kind, extremely well spoken, professional and over all a GREAT SOUL! I was blessed to be able to obtain him for my child’s needs and I was highly satisfied with the results that Tony was able to get for my child. We got everything we wanted out of this horrible situation including the peace of mind of knowing I have Tony’s support and help should any issues arise in the future.
