Tony Tai Nguyen

Tony was referred to me by my advocate who was helping me with a very difficult IEP Team. My son was not being treated fairly and things had escalated to the point that she said she was long able to help me and that I needed to contact a Special Education Attorney and highly recommended Tony. He and... I initially spoke by phone, but it was evident to me right away that he was very educated in Special Education Law, organized and compassionate about my son and wanted to help him. My next IEP meeting was a week away and at our first mtg I handed him 3 - 3 inch binders full of my son's records, assessments, IEP's etc. He knew all that was contained in these binders when we had our mtg 3 days later. When he walked into the IEP mtg and introduced himself as my son's attorney - things shifted that day! Long story short, Tony is confident, smart, professional, and fights for your child! My son is at a new school, where he belongs and now being treated with respect and kindness and is happier than we have seen him in a long time.

I have a 6 year old son with autism, his mother and I have done allot of research on how we can help our son. There is so much information and techniques that it is overwhelming. I had never realized the resources the district has in helping my son until I met Tony.
