Lesson learned. I should have read the reviews online from Martindale, Avvo and others before I hired this attorney. I hired her in regards to a support order modification as my ex wife's income had increased. I found that the McCune Law Firm did not return calls. Sometimes I waited 7 - 10 days befor...e I got a phone call. This is unacceptable to me and in my professional world I do not engage with vendors who operate with sloppy practices. I felt tied to have to work with her as she charged me a retainer in advance. I also caught typos on paperwork that her staff completed and I ws charged when I asked them to correct their errors. I did not think that was fair and I think there is no accountability with this firm. There seems to be a level of entitlement by this attorney and that she is immune from mistakes. She tried to blame me for the error which I thought was incredibly unprofessional. I cannot recommend this attorney and will not use her for future work should I need to revisit my orders again.

I had a bad experience with the attorney. There was a lack of organization and attention to details on my case. Her responsiveness was really poor with phone calls unanswered for weeks. She showed no commitment toward settling the case, looking for leverage opportunity areas and did not take action o...n my requests. This was a frustrating and painful experience. I fired her.
