I represent the health care providers in (1) license revocation or probation proceedings by different state agencies - the Medical Board, the Dental Board, the Pharmacy Board, etc., (2) any withhold or suspension by Medicare, the Department of Health Care Services, the Department of Aging, the Department of Social Services, etc.

d. business transactions, between physicians and management companies, to comply with anti-kickback, self-referral, corporate practice of medicine and other issues.
