I was involved in a real estate dispute where I had to file a lien for some unpaid services rendered. I am very lucky to have found Mr. Kundani to represent me. During the entire process, he took me step by step, doing everything by the book, helped me file the lien correctly and helped me actually f...iled a complaint after that. And then he took on the negotiations with the other party, after some effort, they agreed to settle after negotiations done for me by Mr. Kundani. He was very direct, and straight forward, and I like to add very effective in negotiations.
