Family law, specifically divorce that involves children is not this guys specialty. Don't let him fool you. I had retained and worked with him for an entire year, show up for our first court date and he asks me what our argument is going to be? I thought he was the lawyer. He charged me to prepare fo...r said court appearance. I am unsure why as he did nothing to be ready and made me look foolish in court. I immediately dropped his services and retained new counsel. You should run or choose someone new/else also.

Have to go back into court was such an emotional roller coaster ride for me. Bring up so many horrible feelings and memories from the past. Just thinking about it made me sick. I told Kris I had no idea as to what I was doing and asked him to drive me though the process, and he did. No question was... stupid, even when he did not understand what I was asking. He took the time to really understand my question before answering. Before moving left or right with the case he first consulted with me and gave a recommendation but untimely let me decide next steps. I felt in control as much as I could be.
