Biography
My practice is a combination of legal transactional (as listed), dispute resolution (pre-litigation), litigation oversight (litigation handled by Streeter & Nangano ()), and business consulting (I don't address the business consulting here as it involves non-legal). My extensive contract drafting, prior litigation background, and varied business experience allows me to deliver to clients unique value. My drafting is not with the usual "legalese", but is done in a way non-attorneys can understand. The agreements I negotiate and draft are as part of a client's team, and from someone who knows what it is like to operate a business so I take into consideration the non-legal business factors and objectives as well.
I also bring the added plus of connections to my personal network to help a client accelerate their business objectives. I look upon myself as part of a client team. That network encompasses multiple disciplines including legal (specialty areas), financial, business, and support services. Also included in the network is a powerful sub-network of proven vendors to help save you time and bring you value, from printers, to marketers, to security protection ... you name it. Thus, my objective is to help my clients meet not just their legal objectives, but their business ones as well.
