I contacted Michael hoping to get a question answered in regards to a contract that I was confused on. I did not expect anyone to answer considering it was after hours and fully planned to leave a message with a return phone number. To my surprise Michael himself answered the phone (while at a sports... event) and advised me to email my contract to him and he would review it. I did send it to him pretty late that night and by 7:30 am the next day, he had an answer for me! I found this to be refreshing and completely awesome!
