Joe has practiced in Probate law since 2012, including in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Litigation, Trust and Probate Administration, Conservatorships, and the Probate of Estates, gaining extensive knowledge and experience in the many different and nuanced aspects of Probate law.

Joe earned his B.A. degree in Criminology, Law, and Society from the University of California, Irvine. He continued his studies at Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, California, earning his Juris Doctorate. He also earned his certificate in Business Law studies.
Joe is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association (Trusts and Estate Section; Conservatorship, Guardianship & Protective Proceedings ("CGP") Section) and is the Chair-Elect of the CGP section. He serves on the Orange County Superior Court panel of attorneys for appointment as counsel and as Guardian Ad Litem in probate proceedings. He is licensed to appear in all courts of the State of California. Joe is a proud member of ProVisors.
Joe is a lifelong Orange County resident. He enjoys spending his free time with Neda and their four young children. Between the kids' school, sports, scouts, dance, and the occasional date night with Neda, he also enjoys playing guitar, watching hockey and baseball (Go Ducks and Angels!), and DIY projects at home.
