Todd Michael Litman

I was referred to Todd by a friend in his law school class 20+ years ago. He prepared the various estate planning documents and revised them once or twice over the years. He seemed competent. During my recent consultation with him I noticed a change from the young professional I initially hired to a ...more impatient cynical man. I did not feel like he was the person I wanted to have my heirs to have to deal with so I decided to change. My intuition was confirmed in his attitude in transferring and closing my file.

I used Todd Litman to bring my Mom's estate through probate. It was a head ache dealing with Todd. He would tell me to do something (like fax her death certificate to a bank) and I would do it. Then when I told him I did it he got mad at me and belittled me telling me he never told me to do that. ... I forwarded him the email where he told me to do it and instead of a simple, my mistake I got back an official letter (on his letter head and everything) saying he can't do his job if I am questioning his ability to do things. I never questioned him, I did what he said and wouldn't let him tell me I did it wrong.
