Biography
In life I have experienced humbling situations that have molded me into the person I am today. Being straightforward with people and clients is my confidence and my honesty displayed with grace and tactfulness. My motto is to fight for our clients and take the time to get to know them and that allows me the ability to fight for their rights with passion and dedication.
I tried numerous labor and employment cases including disability (“ADA”) rights, age, race, national origin, gender discrimination and harassment, and wage and hour matters as well as personal injury cases over the past 21 years of my service as a lawyer. A veteran of many trials to verdict, I understand how to prepare and present a case.
In addition, I am also a member of the American Inns of Court, Robert A. Banyard Chapter, Orange County; Orange County Bar Association, Labor and Employment Law Section; Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, Past Board of Directors and Past Vice-President, 2010; California Employment Lawyers Association and Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles.
