Family trust

My husband and I just had our family trust redone by Nicole Newman, we were very impressed with her. Nicole answered all of our question and took her time with us.. We can not say enough good things about this law practice, we were very impressed from start to finish. Laura Scott, also did a great j...ob. We will recommend this law practice to our friends and family.

Thoroughly Professional and Current

Even though our situation is about as simple as can be, Nicole and her staff walked us through all the "what-if's, whys and hows" of our estate plan. We feel a lot better now that we know things will ultimately wind up the way we want them to without any unwelcome surprises. The firm seems to be f...ully up to speed on all the latest bells and whistles, which is good to know even if you don't need each and every one of them.

Living Trust Preparation

My experience with Nicole Newman was very pleasant. She goes behind in making sure every "I" is dotted and every "T" is crossed. Estate Planning

Nicole had us prepare a Family Inventory and Assessment prior to our planning session. This we found very helpful because it got our affairs organized. Next we gathered all our Bank accounts, Brokerage statements, property Deeds, and retirement plans prior to our planning session. This was very usefu...l for her and us to understand the specifics of our family wealth before the meeting. The meeting came and we were both impress on how she was going to develop a unique system that would let us know we made the best decisions for our children and that our plan will work when they need it the most. That made my wife and I at ease to know that our children would be taken care of in the best way possible if anything happen to us. Not only was the Family Plan she developed for us the only reason we hired her, it was her professional staff that will service you. We found them very helpful when we needed a question answered right away. The communication with the law firm is top notch. They walk us through the whole process and our making sure the most important details of our plan are followed through and that it continues to work throughout our lifetime. Thanks Newman Law Group

Family Trust

Newman Law Group helped us create our Family Trust efficiently and timely. Nicole lays out the scenarios that best fit each family's situation and explains all pieces of estate planning effectively. It was a very professional experience, and I highly recommend the services of NLG.
