Client

I strongly do not recommend Marry Ann as a reliable lawyer for your divorce case. Her service was so unprofessional with lots of unnecessary and unexplained charges, very disorganized with a very bad result and negative attitude that i could not stop myself from warning people. I hired her to repr...esent me in my divorce case which was not complicated, on the first meeting she gave me lots of promises and assurance to get me hire her. As soon as i hired her, her tone change. She finished her retainer fees with lots of unnecessary charges so quickly and then she revealed the truth about her services knowing that I was stuck with her. She Charged me 22K even before the first appearance on the court and she dragged everything and Made lots of unnecessary charges without result. whenever you ask her question regarding your case she would make you feel so dumb about yourself. In my experience, Marry Ann will drag the case as long as she can to make more money. She never Prepares herself before the appointment and More than half of every single meeting i had with her was spent on reminding her about the details of my case by repeating the same old information over and over that she already had in her files and she would charge me for the full session even though she was never prepared. She does not take criticism well, she gets upset when you complain about her unreasonable bills or strategy. Eventually she gave away a set of key documents to my husbands attorney without my permission or consulting with me and it cost me my case. After i told her i want to settle the case and not go to the court, She left me a voice mail that she wont represent me anymore just 2 days before my court date and she left me without representation. Because she realized if i settle she wont make money out of me any more so she decided to drop me. Stay away and find another attorney. Strongly advice against hiring Marry Ann.

It is regrettable that this post was made as we truly gave you and your case great care and detail. This was an unfortunate situation where a client had criminal and emotional issues pending throughout the litigation and she was advised to seek significant additional professional help. There are rare times when people are not honest with their attorney which requires the attorney to have to withdraw due to the conflict the client created. All our clients are given the opportunity to review and discuss all billings with us at any time and this individual did not complain until this office was forced to withdraw. We wish all our clients the very best always and this situation is no exception.

The very best there is!

Where can I begin? After my husband walked out on me to have an affair, I thought my life was over. I began searching for an attorney to handle my divorce. I was referred to Mary Ann Noiroux by two friends who had hired her to handle their divorces. They told me she was the best attorney for me. ... OMG I couldn’t agree more! After our first meeting I knew that Mary Ann would take care of everything. I cried a lot in her office as she comforted and assured me that it was going to be all right. She answered all of my questions and always kept me informed as to what was going on. The whole process went on for quite a while as my now ex-husbands attorney fought against everything I needed. Mary Ann kept calm and fought back even harder. She was my shark. She also has an incredible sense of humor which took some of the pressure and anxiety I felt at times off and I felt that not only was she my attorney but a friend. She could have been a psychologist as well as an attorney! I feel Mary Ann’s fees are reasonable and worth every penny! I can’t thank her enough for incredible ability to take charge, her knowledge of the law, and her kindness, compassion and consideration for who she is representing!

I can finally breathe again

Mary Ann was recommended to me by a friend for my divorce. I was extremely happy with the results. Mary Ann took care of everything and although it was painful for me , she made the whole process relatively easy. However a couple years later when I was hit with an emergency order by my ex husband to ...have custody removed from me and given to him is when I really needed Mary Ann and her strength. I was in shock , I was scared, I had no idea what to do . But I knew that Mary Ann could handle this for me and my family. Not only did she take care of everything legally she was there every step of the way emotionally as well. No mother wants to stand in front of a judge and be critiqued as a parent, but that is what I had to do . I was confident with Mary Ann by my side. As the case progressed and we continued to rock it , each time going in front of the judge became easier, I could breathe just a little more. After a long legal journey Mary Ann helped me to walk out of that court room with was rightfully mine - Full custody of my daughter and all my court and attorney fees paid in full. I know that custody is an on going battle , but after this past year in court with Mary Ann by my side and the results that came to pass I am no longer afraid of it - like I said in my title I can finally breathe again ! Thank you Mary Ann !

Couldn't be happier

I don't usually go on line to write reviews, but am so pleased and relieved at the outcome of my very complex divorce case I feel a need to make my satisfaction known. I just read the previous review and had to smile. Sounds like maybe my EX wrote that to get back at Ms. Noiroux. I'm a pretty good j...udge of people, and Mary Ann Noiroux sure didn't let me down. I've never seen anyone go into a trial so exhaustively prepared. Each instance that opposing counsel tried to accuse me of something or slither out of something, Mary Ann had the document, the transcript, or the recollection to rebut; and rebut rebut, rebut, she did. I was really nervous to actually have to go to trial (most divorce cases in California settle..but my ex is beyond imagination vengeful and didn't care about costs as long as I was damaged) . The whole Rager and Noiroux team worked together tirelessly and presented an organized, sophisticated legal front that gave me an outcome I could have only hoped for. Because community assets were in the 7 figures, the case involved child abuse, ugly child custody issues, fraud, IRS issues and more, many of my OC friends urged me to find a legal dream team in Los Angeles. Well, I found my dream team, right here in Irvine. Although Mary Ann Noiroux is funny, classy and warm, make no mistake, she's a pitbull in court when she needs to be. Consistently I noted that she chose what was best for me, rather than what would continue the case. In my behalf, she made settlement offer after settlement offer and kept careful minute by minute records of how reasonable I had been throughout this lengthy case. No doubt that fact, coupled with her exhaustive, catalogued, records of such, held sway with the judge. From Day One, she kept careful records so that when we finally, unfortunately, had to prepare for trial, we were able to present an organized, compelling story that justified my request for attorney's fees and costs, child support, spousal and a favorable property settlement division.
