Couldn't be happier

I don't usually go on line to write reviews, but am so pleased and relieved at the outcome of my very complex divorce case I feel a need to make my satisfaction known. I just read the previous review and had to smile. Sounds like maybe my EX wrote that to get back at Ms. Noiroux. I'm a pretty good j...udge of people, and Mary Ann Noiroux sure didn't let me down. I've never seen anyone go into a trial so exhaustively prepared. Each instance that opposing counsel tried to accuse me of something or slither out of something, Mary Ann had the document, the transcript, or the recollection to rebut; and rebut rebut, rebut, she did. I was really nervous to actually have to go to trial (most divorce cases in California settle..but my ex is beyond imagination vengeful and didn't care about costs as long as I was damaged) . The whole Rager and Noiroux team worked together tirelessly and presented an organized, sophisticated legal front that gave me an outcome I could have only hoped for. Because community assets were in the 7 figures, the case involved child abuse, ugly child custody issues, fraud, IRS issues and more, many of my OC friends urged me to find a legal dream team in Los Angeles. Well, I found my dream team, right here in Irvine. Although Mary Ann Noiroux is funny, classy and warm, make no mistake, she's a pitbull in court when she needs to be. Consistently I noted that she chose what was best for me, rather than what would continue the case. In my behalf, she made settlement offer after settlement offer and kept careful minute by minute records of how reasonable I had been throughout this lengthy case. No doubt that fact, coupled with her exhaustive, catalogued, records of such, held sway with the judge. From Day One, she kept careful records so that when we finally, unfortunately, had to prepare for trial, we were able to present an organized, compelling story that justified my request for attorney's fees and costs, child support, spousal and a favorable property settlement division.
