Real, honest attorney that's more like an old-world country doctor than the typical shyster roaming the courthouse hallways. Years ago, Mark was hired to consult our family during our parent's business was embroiled in a long, drawn-out legal battle. We hired him to help us understand the mess as ...it unfolded but primarily, to look over the shoulder of the hired guns. He called every shot correctly, predicted many of the outcomes, gave proper warnings whenever he saw funny-business from the highly-paid firm defending our parents company (a failed business-sale transaction). Ultimately, the lawsuit got straightened out but only after our parents had replaced the other attorneys, but it took YEARS to unwind the mess. If only Mark were representing our parents back then... YEARS of headaches and countless $$$$$ would have been saved. I later hired mark to straighten out my business affairs (corporate records) and help review sales & business contracts as my company grew, he always cut to the chase and shot straight, I often thought he under-billed me after so much experience with other attorneys.
