Biography
I have been practicing law for 20+ years and litigated over 75 cases involving wills & trusts, real estate matters, business and tax disputes. My office has handled hundreds of probates and prepared over hundreds of different kinds of trusts. I have a specialty in tax law (L.L.M.). The best part of what I do is working with people and providing solutions to those in need. Usually by the time people come to me, a legal crisis has already happened and they need direction, a road map and somebody to help get them there without breaking their bank. They need a loyal advocate, a person who can shoot straight and give them easy-to-understand answers without legalese or legal arrogance. I am that person. I have seen the inside of more courtrooms than I care to count. And I strongly believe that litigation makes an attorney better equipped to handle transaction on behalf of his or her client. My clients vary from Homeowner's Associations to elderly mothers, from multiple franchise owners to children who just lost a parent. I look forward to hearing from you.
