His recommendations hold significant weight, yet he seems not fully invested in the child's situation. There are serious questions regarding his motives and capabilities. Additionally, we have found records of complaints against Mr. Baron with the California State Bar Association and requests to remove himself from a case, further raising concerns about such appointments in critical family matters.
