Brian Nguyen

Brian Nguyen is the managing attorney at the Law Offices of Brian Nguyen. Mr. Nguyen practices family law and has extensive experience with marital settlement agreements, prenuptial agreements, child support litigation, child custody visitation, child support, alimony and also has experience with litigating grandparent visitation rights. Mr. Nguyen also has extensive experience with personal injury law and civil litigation.

Mr. Nguyen received his Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles. While at Southwestern Law School, Mr. Nguyen worked as a law clerk for Southwestern's Immigration clinic and spent two summers working as a law clerk for two prominent family law attorneys. Mr. Nguyen received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Irvine with a double major in Political Science and Asian American Studies. Mr. Nguyen formerly served on the Traffic Commission of the City of Garden Grove. Mr. Nguyen is fluent in the Vietnamese language. Mr. Nguyen is admitted to practice the law in the state of California.
