Elder Abuse case

I was referred to Moran Elder Law by a friend for some advice. My first phone call was returned within minutes by Lisa Trinh Flint, Senior Associate and from our initial conversation, she asked me to obtain a few medical records on behalf of our mother and we scheduled an appointment at her office. ... From that first interview at her office to discuss the merits of our case, we felt complete confidence in her knowledge of the specific area of Elder Abuse Law and in her advice to our family. I always felt the primary concern with regard to the case was for our mother's welfare. Secondly our desires for the improvement of elder care laws and procedures for providing such care was also evident. Her involvement in CANHR (California Nursing Home Reform Association) is a strong indication of her dedication to this issue. Every time I had a conversation with Ms. Flint she asked how our mother was doing. She was always responsive to my phone calls and kept me completely informed not only by phone, and email but by sending letters of status updates, court dates, depositions, copies of all documents filed on our behalf, etc. etc. I cannot compliment her enough for her professionalism. Our elder community is definitely well served by genuine, trustworthy and sincere advocates such a Lisa Trinh Flint.
