Norman Paul Katnik

Back in 09-1994 after suffering a terrible accident where we suffered the loss of a love one at Western Medical Center in Santa Ana due to the internal injuries caused by the accident. My ex-fiance and I were referred to Mr. Katnik since we did not know any attorney, and after we hired Mr. Katnik an...d saw how he handled our case from the beginning to the end, and after through the years having consulted other attorneys I come to the only conclusion that Mr. Katnik is one of the few reputable attorneys now days in which you can trust your injury case to him. Since then I have referred him many of my clients and I only have heard great things about him. The most recent case I referred to him is my uncle and so far he is more than satisfied with Mr. Katnik's care and concern about my uncle's case and well been.

I'm not sure what happened with the other reviewer, but I could not have been more happy with mr. Katnik. He was very responsive and really cared about me and my case. I would recommend him to anyone who needed legal help. I have only dealt with 2 other lawyers before him, but he was so much more car...ing than the other 2.

I cannot say enough about how bad an experience I had with this attorney. I was lead to believe first that a settlement was "in the works" for almost a year, and then that a suit was being filed. Months of no updates or return calls later he tells me there never was a case to begin with. This Attorne...y wasted 15 months of my time, led me to believe he had filed suit and we would prevail, only to send me a letter saying he would no longer be representing me in the matter, as liability was not established. (This after I requested in writting an update of ANY kind, as well as a copy of the case file, which I still have not recieved). I would get vague answers of "we are right where we should be" when I could get him to return a call, and I would not recommend him to anyone.
