Joseph Andrew Shuff III

I had a nightmare divorce and child custody that lasted a three years. Mr. Shuff was an excellent attorney and always provided sound advice. I was able to attain 50/50 custody and pay out a fair settlement in a very heated divorce with an extremely bitter x wife. I read the other review about him no...t being caring or involved. My guess is that person went up against Mr. Shuff in court. I have recommended him many times to friends that have also received great service and legal advice.

In working with this man during my divorce to address the issues involved (particularly regarding my children) , found him to be so uninvolved and uncaring that he didn't even know my children's name when asked and refused my request for the court to be involved in some of the decisions. The reply wa...s that "not on his money we're not". Never met a professional so detached from the importance of his work. Switched to another attorney immediately but certainly regret any association with Joseph Shuff. Would not use him again.
