Biography
Youssef Hammoud, attorney and founder of The Credit Attorney, Inc., has dedicated his career to advocating for consumers facing unlawful debt collection and credit reporting errors. Motivated by witnessing his own family’s struggles with aggressive debt collectors and inaccurate credit reporting, Youssef set his sights on consumer protection from an early age. After excelling in law school and earning an MBA, he passed the California bar exam during a year with one of the lowest pass rates in its history. Youssef began his legal career with a top nationwide consumer rights firm before establishing his own practice, where he combines legal expertise with a genuine passion for justice. He is committed to educating his clients, protecting their rights, and relentlessly pursuing the best possible outcomes. Outside the courtroom, Youssef’s greatest inspiration comes from his family, and he is devoted to ensuring others have the freedom to pursue their goals without the burden of unfair credit and debt practices.
