I scheduled a consultation with Tegan Rodkey regarding a potential matter involving the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this attorney. During the consultation, I... asked several basic questions about these laws questions that did not even require reviewing documents. Even at that level, I did not receive clear or consistent explanations. The answers were vague, overly complicated, and changed several times during the conversation. Within just a few minutes it became apparent that there was little practical familiarity with FCRA or FDCPA issues. Despite presenting herself as someone who could advise on these matters, the consultation did not demonstrate meaningful knowledge or experience in this area. Because of these concerns, I later contacted the office and asked whether I could speak with a different attorney. Instead of respecting that request, Ms. Rodkey contacted me directly. The conversation became confrontational and unprofessional. Rather than acknowledging that clients are free to seek a second opinion, the tone suggested frustration that I had chosen to explore other legal options. I had already scheduled a consultation with another attorney to review my situation. However, that consultation ultimately did not move forward after communications occurred between the attorneys, leaving me unable to have my documents reviewed by the second lawyer. Clients have every right to consult multiple attorneys before deciding who they want to work with. Professional attorneys understand and respect that process. In my experience, the response I received did not reflect the level of professionalism or composure one expects from legal counsel. For anyone seeking guidance specifically on FCRA or FDCPA matters, I strongly recommend carefully evaluating your options and ensuring the attorney you choose has clear experience in this area of law.

Y’all, I was extremely skeptical about this bankruptcy thing through resolve. With everything being out of town from where I live and then having to talk to a bunch of different people every time. Then there was Jennifer, who confirmed all of my fears and reservations. (Pronounced TAY-GAN) This rockstar of an attorney saved the day for myself and I’m sure multiple other clients! This chica literally works day and night to ensure all her T’s are crossed and I’s are dotted! She’s a straight shooter and will tell you exactly how the cow eats the cud! She won’t let you down though, if she says she will get back to you, you can carve it in stone! You can rest assured it will be her getting back to you, not someone she delegates it to also! If Resolve could clone her then they would be unstoppable! All this to say, Tegan, you’re the best! You absolutely saved the day for my family and I! You made this crappy ordeal look so flawlessly simple! Kudos to you and your team for taking care of accounts who were assigned to other people and still managing your other clients as well! I can’t thank y’all enough for everything!
