Jina Kim

Do NOT come here, I am gutted about my case with this fraud. Lost my case because I was pressured by her telling me to plead guilty so we can get over this. She said " do you want to go home today or not ?" pressured me. I found out 3 months later from another lawyer told me I got suckered. That's a... clients worst nightmare is to feel pressured to plead guilty so she can go home also. THE PRICE WAS high. She did not represent. Im gutted. Save your time and $ do not come here. There is better lawyers in Santa Ana just google them.

I was wrongfully stopped for a DUI. I was humiliated by the whole police process. When I went to consult with different lawyers, they all said that I would have to plead guilty. But not Jina Kim. She completely explained the faults in the case against me. She gave me so much information on how s...he could get all of the charges (DUI, possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest) against me dropped. I was dubious that she could do all of this especially after the other lawyers I talked to would have me plead guilty. I am so glad that I took her advice and retained her services. She even answered my calls, and I called her many times, after regular business hours. Well, we went to court, I still thought that I would have to do at least probation or house arrest. I was amazed when she presented my case and ALL charges were dropped on several technicalities. Thank you Jina. If not for you, I would have lost my job, my girlfriend and my dignity. I have since referred a friend of mine who was arrested for growing pot. His case was also handled by Jina and all charges dropped as well. Jina, you are now on my list of favorite people.

I was stopped for a DUI. Jina Kim represented me, and I was so happy that she did. I have heard stories from my friends that have had lawyers that were either unprofessional, unprepared or charged way too much money. Jina Kim was the opposite. Her rates are very fair plus she was available to ans...wer my questions in a professional manner. She got my DUI dropped on a technicality. I hope I never have a DUI again but if I do, I would definitely call her and recommend her completely.
