Ms. Jin was a great asset and advocate for a difficult and emotionally charged family law case. First, her initial consultation was provided at no charge. She laid out the various avenues and potential obstacles of each. She was very straight forward about her fees, and the range of hours involved..., based on several different factors. She was aggressive as I asked her to be, but calmed me down several times throughout three months of hearings. She was very savvy with all the other parties to the case, including the judge, family court services, and my ex-spouse. She has been very sensitive to privacy, my children, and current spouse. Altogether, she made a very slow and patience-testing process through the courts, bearable. In October 2012 my husband of 16 years served me with domestic violence and restring orders. I was so shocked by his action that I did not read it till I the 8 days be for I need to respond to the orders.
