She is a miracle worker! I came to her after already having filled a trademark application with the USPTO. I had hired a different trademark-specializing attorney, so I know it was done at least professionally and properly. It wasn't long before we received an office action from the USPTO saying th...at our mark will be disallowed because it was too similar to an existing mark (it was explained to me why that existing mark did not show up on our search prior to the filling, so that's ok). Anyway, my attorney at the time said he could not dispute it -- he said the USPTO was correct in denying it.... I searched for another attorney to take over and fight for me, however no-one wanted to take over the case because no-one felt like they could overcome this particular USPTO office action, given the other mark that was already registered. When I came across Nadia, she gave me hope, while letting me know that, as she says it, "USPTO reviewers are human, so I cannot guarantee anything". To make a long story short, our mark is now registered and she did it all with a smile!!! I highly, highly recommend her! I recommend her from the beginning of the application process to avoid certain pitfalls -- she is through, she is reachable, she is knowledgeable!
