My client had a trademark that Original Buff (https://www.buff.com/world) thought it was too close to theirs and attempted to prevent my client's registration. At first, given that Buff is a huge inter ... national company and that they sponsor the US reality TV show "Survivor", my client was apprehensive to fight. Thankfully, we were able to settle in the first stages on the process -- it feels good to deliver a fast and relatively inexpensive yet positive outcome to clients! This is why I do what I do! :-)
