At first she worked well. The problem I face is that Terry told me what would be on the settlement agreement then when it came down to it she had altered it without letting me know. I asked her for a copy of my settlement before the court date many times with her in agreement but she failed to do so.... Not only did she not let me review my settlement before the appearance she lied about what would be on it. Clearly stated to me medical records only to find out she wrote a settlement up for confidental records and estate. Both of which I didn't agree to. She had signed for me with powers I didn't want to give. Very dissapointed in her work ethic and misleading me. Now since it's after the fact I only have the option to appeal or get a new attorney making this an absolutely difficult task to do. Not a happy customer.

Terri was an extremely helpful, adept attorney helping me with a complicated situation as a public defender. Respected by other members of the court and a rare persona for a public defender in my experience. She helped resolve my situation and consolidate/reduce the penalties involved. Radiantly very... warm and also skilled with higher levels of court procedure. Has 'possibility thinking and will try approaches that I have not seen other defenders attempt. God Bless Terri and hope she achieves whatever position she may desire.. a legal team would simply be truly blessed to have her as a member!
