Elliott Award, the highest honor bestowed by the Orange County Bankruptcy Forum. Graduate of the University of California, Irvine (1974) and the University of San Diego School of Law (1977). Sworn in by the California State Bar in 1977. Licensed to practice law in the U.S. District Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Numerous speaking credits, a published author on bankruptcy law, and the chairman for educational programs for bankruptcy attorneys, the popular "Brown Bag" series. "AV" rated, the highest rating available from Martindale - Hubbell, the country's most prestigious attorney rating firm. Court appointed Bankruptcy Mediator since 1996.
